A: Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer worldwide shipping at this time, however, it is coming soon.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to make changes. Contact our support team as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: 1of1 items are final sale. For boutique items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached.
